Working as a consultant with a number of major organisations she has successfully delivered a range of business transformation programmes. She has also coached many senior leaders and teams across a wide range of organisations.  Her passion is working with clients to tap into their intuition around what is really important to them and what needs to change for them to achieve more success.

Charlie Jackson |  Associate

Drawing on his expertise gained in business, higher education, sport, psychology, music and other fields, Charlie has run programmes in Leadership, Management and Team Development, Organisational Culture  for numerous blue chip clients in the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. On a one-to-one basis, he has coached senior business executives across a wide range of organisations. He has also worked with and studied under a number of world-renowned shaman scholars and martial arts practitioners.

Sarah Barry | Associate

Sarah is  a highly experienced business leader and executive coach with strong sales, marketing and strategic business growth experience. Bringing hands on commercial and strategy experience from over seventeen years of working with international blue-chip IT and Financial Services corporations, she has broadened her experience more recently by working with small, dynamic high growth SMEs.
