Arlene Ward
Arlene Ward is an Executive Coach with over fifteen years of coaching and consultancy experience, and is also accredited to deliver Coaching and Mentoring training. Before focusing on coaching she worked for a major consultancy and was responsible for growing the Consultancy business in the Retail Banking sector and managing board level relationships with strategic clients. Responsible for all aspects of relationships with client organisations, including account planning, sales and delivery, commercial management, and achievement against sales and P&L targets.
Working as a Consultant with a number of major organisations, Arlene has successfully delivered a range of business transformation programmes. She specialised in organisational development and the people side of change management across a range of sectors. During that time, she worked on and led a number of major change programmes where her success was based on building strong trust based relationships with the client’s leadership team.
More and more often she found that her role in transformation programmes involved coaching the client leadership team, with a strong focus on their behaviour and their belief that they could execute the programme successfully. She now loves working with leaders in organisations; to help them build their awareness, and for them to use that awareness to make choices about how they behave with and respond to others. In addition to a Diploma in Performance Coaching, Arlene holds an MBA from Edinburgh Business School, and is also a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development.
