Sarah is a highly experienced and entrepreneurial business leader and executive coach with a proven track record of sales, leadership and strategic business development experience. An excellent client facing individual with Board level experience, Sarah communicates with ease at all levels and demonstrates excellent influencing, negotiation and people development skills. With her international, multi-channel commercial experience, Sarah brings larger company experience, process and structure and adapts it to suit smaller, dynamic fast growing businesses where required.
After 10 years’ experience in IT Sales for blue-chip Corporates in the UK and Europe, she stepped out of the corporate world in 2004 to set up and run her own businesses in property development and executive/business coaching. She has trained at the Coach-U Training Institute in London, the leading provider of coach training programmes accredited by the International Coach Federation. She is also a trained practitioner in the Balanced Scorecard, a framework for developing and executing business strategy.
